The West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences' Society for Advancement of Criminal Justice (NUJS SACJ) is delighted to announce the results of the NUJS SACJ Essay Writing Competition 2023. This year's competition was centred around the theme "Recent Developments in Marital Rape Jurisprudence," addressing a critical and pressing issue in the realm of legal studies.

Marital rape jurisprudence has been a topic of considerable significance, and this year's competition attracted some of the brightest legal minds from across the country.
